Haircare For Curls - Part 1
As a curly girly I have many a time bonded with a fellow curly top - over a conversation about our tresses (turns out it's very common for curly girls to ask each other which products they use!) it’s safe to say that the biggest thing us curly girls are well versed in all things curls, waves and ringlets!
And when it comes to the needs and must-haves of curly haired girls, I know it’s all about finding products that strengthen, nourish, hydrate, bond and reduce frizz.
So with this in mind, I’m focusing my attention on finding some winning products that might just become the “hair hack” you’ve been waiting for. And this month’s post details three fab products gifted to us by our friends at SpaceNK - a hair bundle devoted to achieving curl power at home!! It’s never a chore to wash your hair when you know the results are gonna be oh, soooooo good. And believe me that’s not always the case! Haircare for curls has come a long way and manufacturers now talk about bonding, which is exactly what curls need… to be defined, so they can look their very best and ultimately go ‘boing’.
It’s not easy trying to find the right curly hair range, as some products can do funny things to some curls and fabulous things to others. And yet all of us can agree that we know how we like our locks to look, so hair type is an issue but personal curl preference is a big thing too when it comes to choosing curly haircare products.
You’ve got to love the evolving haircare industry and all the new brands and growing choice of haircare out there. And that’s why I strongly believe everyone can find their hero product and attain the curliness they’re after! So if this post doesn’t resonate with you, then maybe our next offering wil. No two person’s curls are the same - FACT!!

The super hero haircare duo I’m using in the video above, is Undamaged by JVN. She describes it as her hair being thrown a life line, or a safety harness. The Undamaged shampoo and conditioner will support and replenish your hair from root to tip leaving it feeling soft and manageable.
And then go in with the Olaplex No9 Hair Nourishing serum that doesn’t weigh your hair down, or make it feel crunchy - it just defines and perks up those curls to perfection. I like to think of it as a hair product from heaven and its clear, serum-like consistency is not sticky or tacky in anyway. I’m yet to find something to dislike about it. And if that doesn’t make you want to try it then this quote might… it's currently hailed in the beauty industry as the “anti-damage hair shield”! Yes, it's fair to say that Olaplex No9 is a wonder serum.
