We’re not medical practitioners and all advice and information given by us is based on our own experience and intended for your information and consideration. Any new skincare products, skincare regimes or cosmetic procedures undertaken are done so entirely at your own risk. Please be advised to always do a small patch test on using any new products before applying them to your entire face and/or body.

We are often sent products with no commitment or obligation to review. We choose to only talk about what we like, not what we don't like. If you purchase a product by clicking on a link on our website, we sometimes earn a small commission, but we never allow this to bias our reviews.
Refunds
When you book a consultation with us, payment is taken in advance, with an initial £50 deposit on booking. You have the right to cancel and rearrange your appointment with 24 hours notice. If you fail to reschedule within 7 days of cancelling, you will lose your deposit.
If you receive a gift voucher for our services, please redeem within 12 months. It is your responsibility to get in touch with us upon receipt of the voucher - we will not have your contact details.
We are confident that you will love the products you purchase on our recommendation. However, if you are not happy with a specific item please do get in touch and although we can’t offer you a refund, we’d be delighted to help you contact the brand/retailer.
