Mad About 3INA Makeup & Skincare
3ina has been on our beauty radar for a while...not least because we were intrigued to know exactly how to pronounce it (fyi, it's mee-nah!). So once we had the pronunciation nailed, we were thrilled to be sent some products to try recently (with absolutely no obligation to review or share with you guys). It's safe to say that we're a little smitten...from the packaging, to the application and ultimately the fab results!
Yes, the cosmetics market is swamped with products, and we're forever telling you about our latest new discoveries. But in 3ina, we really feel like we've found a gem. This Spanish brand has been around for a few years and has a large range of products at seriously reasonable prices (most items are under £15). There's something about this brand that just makes you want to experiment with the products - to us 3ina embodies the fun, playful aspect of makeup. Plus the products work like a charm.
V's given a big thumbs up to one of the brand's best-selling products, the 24H Cream eyeshadow...a little pot of the creamiest, most pigmented shadow you could imagine. And once swept over the lid (with a finger or a brush...you choose) and dry, we promise it won't budge!
Top Tip...grab yourself a great, stiff brush and use as an eyeliner too!
Meanwhile, M has fallen hard for the Color Pen Eyeliner which applies so easily and even to the uninitiated, is a doddle to use, creating the most precise line you could imagine. Plus, the shade we have is an incredibly vivid, yet wearable purple. In fact, M is so taken with it, that it's causing a little bit of strife at Verymakeupmad HQ! V is desperate to get her hands on it and try it out, and for the first time ever, M is a little reluctant to share, as she's really loving using it (and she's definitely the more generous and 'sharey' of the two of us!!). Who'd have thought that two 45 years olds would be arguing over a bright purple eyeliner?! But trust us when we say just a slick of this on your eyelids looks seriously good. So needless to say, we're very tempted to invest in another one and have also got our eyes on the electric blue version.
Other products we'd love to roadtest are the Pencil Eyeshadow - you know we're suckers for eyeshadow sticks and often recommend them to clients for the ease of application and their staying power - and also the bronzing powders that come in matte or 'glow' versions, depending on your preference.
Check out the rest of the brand - we can assure you that the lip balm is buttery soft and the tinted moisturiser with SPF30 gives a lovely light coverage and makes skin look flawless. Oh, and the bi-phase eye & lip makeup remover is a revelation. Make sure you give it a good old shake, and then in just one swipe, eyeshadow, liner, mascara and longwear lipstick are gone, without any oily residue at all.
